What if I need to change my order?

Before you order, please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order including (size, color, shipping address etc.) before finalizing your order. If you forgot or made a mistake, no problem, simply contact us.

What’s the status of my order?

We process your order always within 24 hours. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email contact us.

When will I get my order?

Your orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 10-15 working days. Occasional customs or courier delay happens from time to time which may affect delivery speed. We have no influence on those kind of situations, but we can ensure this almost never happens.

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

Most of the time this is not a problem with low to mid priced orders and you will only be charged duties and taxes when your order is higher then a particular price (e.g. $200-800 or more). This differ by country.

We suggest to contact your local customs office or look at the internet to find out more information about duties and taxes in your country. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Yosshe does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
